Prices:

Each work of planning is unique, so we can state only informative prices. The final price is influenced by the tariff reccomended by the Hungarian Engineering Chamber.

Extract from the tariff: "The Hungarian Enginnering Chamber has drafted the modernised and rewritten version of the requirements of the recomended tariff of the engineering activities and services according to the LVIII. Law 11. § (2) paragraph g point, 1996.

• The formed price level is in harmony with the price level of the tariff by the Chamber, but it is highly lower than the European average.
• The system of the tariff (basic price, percentage, price category….etc.) follows the example of teh best-known European tariffs (German, Austrian, Swiss, Italian, etc. ).
• The recomended prices take the extra costs for author's royalties, quality insurance and quality supervision into consideration. It also makes the fee of extra permformance by planning developed information devices, security equipment, modern installations possible.

The aim of the tariff: The contract guarantees the expert, good, modern and economical work of the engineer for the consigner.
The enginners doing the required work should be paid at a fair level so that they could do a high-level and excellent professional work; work out alternatives and pay the right attention to investigating the alternatives; choosing and explaining the most modern and best solution, proper materials, structures and best technical process.
The prices in the tariff are just recommended prices, which contain the necessary proportionate fee in HUF without VAT for doing the work ( planning, craftsmanship, technical supervision, investment, direction, etc. ) defined in the relevant laws or tariff.
In particular cases the price proportionate to the actual work should be in the contract price formed during the deal."
